Ian talks with Becky Ormrod, herself the wife of a military veteran, about the Veterans and Family Hub, (VFH), which is run by veterans and their families for veterans and their families. Becky outlines how people can access their services during the current COVID-19 crisis. The VFH provides social activity, peer support and mentoring, casework, support for older carers, and works with a range of organisations in the city to help with employment, mental wellbeing, welfare, housing advice and financial information.
