Community Matters ft Jeremiah’s Journey

Jeremiah’s Journey is a Plymouth-based charity that provides free support to children, young people and their parents/carers who have or are about to experience the death of someone special.
Currently, they support approximately 350 grieving children each year and have supported an estimated 5,500 children, young people and their families, since their founding in 1996.
