Role at Cross Rhythms Plymouth: Sam helps produce shows and manage uploads to the site. He is also a co-presenter of the Sam’s World section of Dave’s afternoon show.
About: Sam was born, raised, educated and lives in Plymouth. Sam has been working for Cross Rhythms since 2019, usually producing shows and uploading interviews to the site. In his spare time, Sam is a gamer, and loves games that involve strategy. He is also a fan of rock music – his favourite band being Muse, and is also an avid supporter of the England Cricket Team. Sam has autism, which is regularly discussed during the Sam’s World portion of the Afternoon Show on Thursdays. Sam currently works as a broadband tech advisor, but continues to pursue his true passion of radio.
Faith Testimony: Sam was raised in a Christian household, and was taught the lessons and morals of the Bible from a young age. As he grew into his teen years, Sam became a bit rebellious, finding himself questioning his faith, especially during a long time of depression. In his early 20’s, Sam made a commitment to become closer to God, and, while still finding his feet, is working hard to nurture that relationship.
Favourite Food: Probably steak. He likes a good steak.
Fun Fact: Sam apparently doesn’t know the difference between compressed air and WD-40. Luckily his computer survived the incident.
